At Inspiring Gym we have a huge range of classes running every day. Check below to see the classes we run and the information for each class. Click on the class to see our weekly class timetable.

BALANCE

Combines Yoga, Pilates and Tai Chi principles for muscle conditioning, core strength, balance and flexibility complimented with relaxation. This class will leave you feeling calm, relaxed & renewed.
Shoes not required.

YOGA

“The union of body, mind and spirit for total wellbeing” - Based on Hatha & Vinyasa Yoga.
Muscles are stretched and strengthened leading to an improvement in posture and general sense of wellbeing whilst Vinyasa includes flowing sequences which add interest and make it easier to learn and practice at home.
Each class finishes with a relaxation session. Mats can be provided.

PILATES

“Deep Torso pushed to personal extremes”
Focus on core postural muscles that keep the body balanced and in support of the spine.
Awareness of breathing and alignment of the spine to strengthen the deep torso muscles, this helps alleviate and prevent back pain.

SCULPT

Challenge your body using barbells and dumbbells. Tones and conditions while raising metabolic rate for rapid fat burning.
You’ll work each major muscle group for 4-5min to enhance strength and endurance in both your upper and lower body.

BOXING

Boxing class increasing power, strength and speed. This class is stress relief cardio with strength endurance. Bring a towel and water bottle for this action packed class.

COMBAT COMBO

2 x 30 min classes: Come at 5.30pm or 6pm or stay for both

Fight fat through intensity plus. A mix of Boxing and resistance. Using lots of class specific equipment.

EXPRESS

A combination of core, strength and glute training using body, weights and props for a fast and effective workout.

SPIN

A 45-minute moderate/high intensity bike class designed to get your heart rate up. Improves overall fitness while improving strength and toning of your legs and glutes.

FUN FIT FRIDAY

"The perfect way to get up some puff and heat while having a total blast"
You will dance, smile, lift some weights, use swiss balls and finish your fun session with some relaxation to top off the end of the working week.



STRONG NATION

Step combo is a mixed class of around 30 minutes of Step followed by 30 minutes of toning and conditioning exercises.
It is suitable for everyone with lots of levels and options.
