Sounding good? It’s easy to personal train … If you are on a standard gym membership, you can add a personal training session into your weekly schedule whenever you like. Alternatively, you can join the Break or 6 Month Guarantee program, where personal training is included in your gym membership. Also, keep an eye on our events page for upcoming bootcamps (group based personal training sessions) which are a great way to meet people and have a fantastic workout.
