2 x 30 min classes: Come at 5.30pm or 6pm or stay for both

You’ll work each major muscle group for 4-5min to enhance strength and endurance in both your upper and lower body.

Step combo is a mixed class of around 30 minutes of Step followed by 30 minutes of toning and conditioning exercises.

It is suitable for everyone with lots of levels and options.

A 50 minute class taken at the barre following a series of strengthening and stretching exercises.
