“The union of body, mind and spirit for total wellbeing”

Based on Hatha & Vinyasa Yoga. Muscles are stretched and strengthened leading to an improvement in posture and general sense of wellbeing whilst Vinyasa includes flowing sequences which add interest and make it easier to learn and practice at home.

Each class finishes with a relaxation session. Mats can be provided.

What’s the main focus?

Stretching using breath control, simple mediation and poses. Bringing body and mind as one.
