During the month of October 2017, Inspiring Women Fitness Gym hosted their very own Inspiring Women’s Amazing Race.

Most of the amazing personal trainers on the Inspiring Women personal training team, chose their favourite aspect of health and well-being and ran a four week bootcamp centered around this.

Claudia did nutrition, Megan did strength and fitness, Cat did high intensity interval training (H.I.I.T), Paige did interval/cross training and Rebekah did bodyweight training.

What a success these were, with ladies asking for these to be run all year round. Watch the events page for more bootcamps/amazing race variations to come next year (2018).
